Memories....Erasable ?

"In solitude we give passionate attention to our lives,to our memories, to the details around us"
                                                                                                                                    - Virginia Woolf

For me, memories are those pieces which i like to rearrange in my solitude...
Every experience that we go through in our lives is encoded in our brains. Our unconscious mind has access to all of the memories.
Certainly, memories can be segmented  into - good and bad.
Good memories are those which  have a higher frequency of being recalled by us, just like a dried up flower kept in a book and seen oftenly when turned the pages.
or can say things that were hard to remember are sweet to remember ....
But bad memories are those which many times are termed 'mistakes of life'. Oftenly these haunt and  come to us as nightmares. If taken as the stepping stones,we can effortlessly tag them as our learning lesson and can surely get rid of them....they leave scars, emotional and spiritual.
And i am sure all those reading this, must be right now absorbed in their own such memories..
Neverthless, each one of us got such memories attached to our minds. Surely, we also must have tried to erase it completely..however  folks its not that EASY !
No matter how far we incorporate pragmatic approach, we cannot get rid of Memories..
At a certain point our minds are hit by such memories and  are taken aback by few of them..
We should try to overcome them, should not be given too much of relevance and hence they will not over power us and will surely contribute to our growth.
"We just want the beauty, but no thorns..." this is no more applicable now, its too obsolete.
However, each moment we  pass through, something beautiful remains, then why don't we remain happy with all the joyfull moments that we get out of them ?
"Life is short, make nice memories,
get some time to visit them,
re-live them in the mind, get
happy and smile ! Life moves,
                                      memories remain !"

                                                                    Cheers !

Why did i GROW UP.....?

"Wanna be a kid again" is the most repetitive thought that lingers in my mind every now and then.
The complexities of  youth have made me face the darker side of the life . Like a dried up river, that wishes to be full of waves.....my heart craves for good old days of childhood.

Sometimes i weep and pray to God,to fill my days once again with the happiness which came to me when  i was a child and take back the sorrows and plight of this brutal adult age....
I really miss those days when i had no knowledge of good or evil because those were the times when i din get any pang after knowing them today.
I think of myself to be very fortunate for the love of my parents is unconditional even today, but i dearly miss the pampering and the constant attention that i was endowed upon with  as  a kid.
Going to school and playing in sand pit, nagging for the same toy and school bag as my friends..asking everyday mom to be there when the school gets over, making false excuses like stomach ache for getting rid of school and staying back at home with mom dad. "Homeworks" was the biggest task for me....still remember how i use to sneak away by making an excuse that "Mumma i am not able to hold the pencil because i got a cut on my finger today"..lovely were those days.I miss those autracious fancy dress competitions, waiting for my turn in the queue, figidting with my dress and thinking "God, when will my turn come". All these are the sweetest and the most cherishable memories that are inseperable.
However now, we as adults are on this earth, and till the time our mind keeps functioning, we can never feel back the innocence of our childhood days.
We have seen too much of  vices ,wherein people treat  each other so shabbily, devoid of all the emotions. So deliberately or indeliberately,we have to act pragmaticaly or else we know pretty well what will happen to us,if we don't shield ourselves from such heinous stuff.
Today,we being as an adult dont want INNOCENCE  but  INDEPENDENCE !!
We can move forward to the true innocence of a complete trust in the goodness and love of God, and a full and joyous desire do spend our lives doing only what is good and right in order to bring peace and happiness to our fellow human beings.

Close to Happiness

"Happiness", the word doesn't mean a big smile on the face but is a never ending quest and an insatiable hunger in any  life. Its got no address or no contact number. We humans fail to tame it.
"Happiness is man's greatest aim in life. Tranquility and rationality are the cornerstones of happiness."  -Epicurus.
Happiness is a state which is only created by us. Its our CHOICE to look for our own ecstasy.

Every morning when i wake up, i think that the day would as good as per my expectations, but then it seldom happens. And whenever this seldom takes place, i am far much more happy because at that moment i don't have any expectations which  get shattered.

Ones expectations only counts for ones happiness.
Lesser the Expectation, More the Happiness.
Generally people tend to relate happiness with Heart and not with Mind. but that is not the TRUTH.......................
because decision taken only by heart, full of emotions land us in problems. The decision should be aided with some rationality,i.e., what the Mind suggests should also be equally followed. A blend of both should be followed.

LIFE "roller coaster ride"

Life, the beautiful gift by Almighty,is a Journey " Only to be discovered" and this WORLD as termed by Shakespeare is 'merely a stage and we are Puppets' .
Its not necessary that with every moment some meaning should be attached, but at that the same time we should try to make it more n more memorable.
Living life for others is another art of living your life. It brings in immense amount of satisfaction and solace.
Sins are definitely the  part of human life.It compels a human to tread on the path of either Vices or Virtues.
So certainly we should always try to overcome them and see d positivity the God has filled in our life.
Sometimes the greatest passion in our life leads us to our most craved desires.
As its rightly been said " When a person really desires something, all the universe conspires to help that person to realize his dream".
Emotions and Feelings play a very vital role in human life.Feelings are dominant force in learning. They are powerful and inspiring. They can MAKE or  RUIN any man.Humans fails to deal whenever matters pertaining to emotions roll in.They tend to act either aggressively or fall silent, failing to reciprocate  the feelings. And they often result in taking impulsive decisions of their lives, which is to be repented throughout the life. Thus a point of life comes when our life is merely controlled by FATE.

My favourite lines

"Woods are lovely dark and deep,
but i have promises to keep.....
and miles to go before i sleep
and miles to go before i sleep".

"Turning and turning in the widening gyre
the falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart;the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world."
